Silonexx is our own Australian-formulated DPC injection fluid. It was not sourced from a third-party manufacturer and rebranded. The formulation, the performance parameters, and the installation method were developed and refined in the field by the same team that installs it.
Silonexx operates on Tri-Phase Molecular Technology™. Three sequential phases occur inside the masonry after injection: penetration through the pore network driven by capillary suction, activation on contact with residual moisture in the substrate, and permanent mineral bonding to the internal pore surfaces. The result is a hydrophobic zone built into the wall itself, not a surface coating or a temporary treatment.
Treatment is not declared complete until the Capillary Saturation Zone™ is confirmed at all adjacent holes across the full injection line. That confirmation is the field verification that the product has distributed correctly through the DPC zone. It is the basis of the Silonexx performance warranty.
Waterproofing contractors, remedial builders, and specifiers return because the outcomes are consistent and the method is documented. The installation parameters are published. The failure modes are published. The substrate compatibility data is published. There is no ambiguity in what is required to achieve a warranted result.
