Returns Policy For DPC Injection Products

Returns Policy

We want every order from DPC Injection Systems to meet your expectations. Please read the following before requesting a return.

General Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. To initiate a return, contact us at 0432 77 88 33 or via the contact page before sending any goods back.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Opened containers — any container that has been opened, partially used, or has a broken seal
  • Contaminated containers — containers that have been exposed to other chemicals, dirt, dust, or foreign materials
  • Damaged packaging — containers with scratched, torn, or defaced labels, or that show signs of handling that would prevent resale as new
  • Custom or special orders — products ordered specifically to your requirements

These conditions exist because product integrity and safety cannot be confirmed once a container has been opened or compromised, and items that do not meet resale condition cannot be returned to stock.

Eligible Returns

Items eligible for return must be:

  • Unopened and fully sealed
  • In original, undamaged packaging with labels intact
  • In resaleable condition as assessed by DPC Injection Systems upon receipt
  • Any tools including pumps and lances are non returnable once used. 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed product defect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
